Shoemama: Family reunion

Last weekend we went to my family's annual reunion on my mom's side. It was in Columbus at one of my cousin's house. It's the best place to have the reunion because they have a house big enough for all of us (there were 40 people there including 2 in utero), and they have plenty of land and woods for all the kids (there were 11 age 7 and under) to run around in. It was also nice this year because my aunt and uncle and 2 cousins who are missionaries in France were able to be there, so really we were all there this year!

This year my Aunt set up her tripod and got lots of pictures, including one of all the cousins! I can't even remember when the last time was that we were all together and got a picture of all of us - so that was really awesome. Here are all my cousins - the age range is from 18 to 35, with my sisters and I being the oldest, but don't we look the best? :-) Just kidding.

While all the adults were having fun, so were all the kids. Esther got to play with her second cousin Ella who is exactly one week older than her. Even though my cousin lives less than 2 hours away, we really only see each other at these reunions. So, I love it when all our kids can get together and play and get to know each other.
