A day at the Aquarium

This past Monday, we decided to go to the aquarium to get out of the house and have some fun. Plus, they were having a special where an adult admission got 2 kids in for free, so that was a big factor too :-).
My mom, sisters, and all their children came too, so there were 11 of us in all that went.
We got there about 10 AM, and got to see the penguin march - which actually turned out to be pretty pathetic. It was one penguin and they mostly just talked about saving the environment and being "green".
After that fun, we went into the aquarium - so here are some pictures

There were some drums right at the beginning of our tour through the aquarium

Esther touching the shells - she was too afraid to touch the crab, but she was so proud of herself for sticking her hand in the water and touching the shell.

Esther and LUke both loved the large tortoise
Rachel giving Luke a boost
One of the many Gators - we left our Gator(daddy) at home!
Luke brushing the rocks off to find fossils
We loved how it looked from underneath the stingrays like they were smiling at us
Luke watching the sharks - even though he had more fun waving to the scuba divers who were cleaning the sharks tank!
How does Luke measure up? He has a long way to go!
Esther trying to touch a shark
Playing with Karis in the frog bog
Luke was getting mighty tired by 2PM!
All of us in the shark's mouth!
Here's a video of Luke talking about what he saw at the aquarium.
