Aunt Bekah's visit

It is always a special treat when somone from kenneth's family comes from Florida to visit us here. Last week, his sister Rebekah came for 8 days! The kids and I had so much fun while she was here, and we did lots of special things.

On wednesday night we went to our favorite ice cream place - the Dairy Dreem!

On Thursday, we went to our outdoor shopping mall, with fountains for the kids to play in. There was also a clown blowing up balloons for the kids that day too.

On Friday we went to our Rec Center's water park - this was my trial run, if I thought I could do it on my own other days with both kids. We've gone 3 more times since and planning on going 3 or 4 times this week! The first day we went it took the kids awhile to even get into the water, now Esther just dives right in and Luke goes up to his waist.

Esther and her firend Hadleigh - a friend from church, her mom is one of my friends too so we always sit with them.

Luke's favorite is the little fountain.

On Friday night we went to a carnival - this was one of our 3 nights without Kenneth while Rebekah was here - and Esther funded our entire night with her piggy bank. She bought all the tickets for the games and snacks for all of us (it was old time prices, so the game tickets were like 10 cents a piece)

Esther had so much fun playing games, and she was really good! (the second video)

Luke discovered a new favorite thing to do - throw away trash! (watch the video)

Ice cream again!

On Sunday, Sarah, Anthony and Addie came to visit (that's my sister)

ON Monday we went to a brand new park about 2 miles away. It has lots of climbing equipment for big and small children, a huge sand area and a water area.

Luke and Esther both loved the teeter totter

Thanks aunt bekah, we had so much fun!
